Before starting the installation, please make sure your computer is properly prepared.
1. Check computer specifications
Verify that your computer meets the minimum requirements for the dental software you plan to install.

2. Update Windows
Ensure Windows is updated to the latest version.
Check if the system requires a restart and perform it if necessary.
3. Verify administrator permissions
Make sure you have Windows administrator permissions to install programs.
To test this, download the free program 7-Zip from https://www.7-zip.org/ and try to run the installer.
If you receive an error or are prompted for a password, please ask your IT specialist for assistance.
4. Install the latest graphics card drivers
Update your video card drivers to the latest version from the manufacturer’s website (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel).
5. Prepare TeamViewer
Download and install TeamViewer - TeamViewer QuickSupport – Instructions for Remote Support Connection
Send us your TeamViewer ID and password with a Tech Support Request so we can assist you remotely if needed.
